The Mortal Kombat team's biggest shortcomings have always been the fact that they just spoil waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much before the game launches. While they have never been as bad as they were with Deadly Alliance (I swear that entire game was spoiled down to the last polygon months before release), the rush to reveal the roster, fatalities and story spoilers has always been maddening. They just need to take it easy and leave some element of surprise.

But then I am not blind to the fact that we live in the age of infomration...we aren't waiting for info on a monthly basis like we were back in the 1990's with the original trilogy of games.
