That would be awesome if MK was released on Mac or PC. maybe like a revamped version of MK: Deception.

Yes. An AMD 1800+ (1530 Mhrz) with a GeForce 440 64 can run it easily even though the PS2 maybe has a better graphics hardware. I don't see it happening though. Would be overjoyous, I always hated console control-lers.

Well you could always run the game on an alienware computer. Just as long as you have a good graphics card.

That would actually be against forum rules. tongue

In any event... I hate to once again be the bearer of bad news, but MK is not coming back to PC. Ever. Not only does Ed not think there's much of a market for MK on PCs, Midway's own experience has shown that they won't make money off the PC versions. That's why they stopped making PC versions after MK4: they weren't making enough money off them to justify continuing.

I know there are people here who want MK to come back to PC. I can feel your pain; My first home versions were for PC as well. However, the truth is... no matter how many times it's brought up, the answer is always the same. Midway's experience has shown they won't make money on MK for PC, so it's not worth it for them to go back into that market.

Hope this helps...

Sry about that. As for PC games, i've found places to download original MK games(won't post them since this is an awesome site and don't want to get kicked out).

That's right ...no Mk's on PC ever again.
BUT..emulators are being developped for PS2 and Xbox.
Sooner or later games will be playable.
AND..speaking of Xbox we may have a big surprise when Microsoft's Windows Longhorn comes out(Q4 2006).There are rumours that it will be able to run Xbox games. Thanks Bill !!

So you'lll be able to play X-box games on your PC? Well they may not be making anymore MK games for PC, but you can download the ones that have been released for PC on certain sites.
