Has anyone ever played the Bushido Blade games for the Playstation? If Mortal Kombat's story mode is like that game I will be very happy.

If you are not familiar with Bushido Blade's storymode, it tells the character's tale as they progress through each enviorment. Before each fight, the character is involved in a little scene with dialouge against his/her opponent and after the fight there is another scene that shows what the winner does when he/she wins. You progress through the game through staged fights against certain characters that would contribute to the individual character's story and progress from there.

Very good idea. I think there should be a Story Mode like Guilty Gear XX's. I liked how if you beat a certain person in the story mode, your path would change, but if you lost to them you would still keep playing Story mode but your ending and who you faced would be different.
