In order of what I want and its place in the stream:

1- The "Who's Next?" banner then a render of the newly revealed character with their name (like they did with Raiden, Kano, Quan Chi, Kung Lao & Kitana).

2- A brief mention of some story details.

3- Select screen showing that yes there is more than 24 characters; maybe even include outlines of the heads of the characters or just put pics of others like say Neo from Matrix as a hint at Kenshi being playable, a headshot of John Wayne hinting at Erron Black & a few more that are very cryptic.

4- Variation gameplay showing all the variations of the recently announced characters & the newest one.

5- "Who's Next?" really quick tease of an outline of a character set on a blackened background (like the first tease of Goro) so we can really speculate on who is next to be revealed.

6- The stream ending with "Pre-order to play as Goro" then it cuts to "Kollectors Edition now available to pre-order" and a shot of what's included in it.

Honestly though I'm expecting we'll see who's next, get a few story details & see variations gameplay. Nothing less, and I'll be pleasantly surprised if we get anything more.

Automatically would be the best reveal ever.

At this point ive lost hope in any 3d era characters making it in. We may get lucky like in deception with a post mk3 character making it in like Tanya. But good thing Im a huge fan of kotal Kahn. Will have to Just stick with him ,raiden, and Kung Lao if I want the game.

Boon deconfirmed Mavado a long time ago. I doubt Mokap will return, but I could see him with insane variations.

It's most-likely Mileena or Shang. I would crap my pants if for some reason it's Mokap, lol.
