Mortal Kombat X Mobile to Console unlocks

I am having trouble with the mobile to console unlocks I have checked off heaps of the prizes but none of them are unlocking on my console version and vice versa has anyone else has this problem? Anyone know how to fix it?

You need to log into WBPlay on the mobile to sync your ipad with your account, then log into WBPlay on the console to get the stuff.

I can't even log into WBPlay on the iPad, so I can't help you.
