Hah, I didn't even partake in the game itself and I preferred that model. I actually thought him, along with a lot of other characters were too buff and similar looking in MK9. But at least everything has been gravy from MKX so far (I even think Quan Chi's Neck Stretch victim Cassie looks great), and all the models seem to vary this time around.

I don't think all stages will have a stage-mality.

It's just speculation atm. The reason is because, most of the stages that were revealed, have animals in them.

I just want to see the stage in action so I can see if a creature is placed in the background.

Lab Monkey sounds possible.

Randomly in the match, an escaped Monkey will swing from one side of the arena to the other, messing with the Soldier. Heck, you can see the Soldier looking at something...and it's not the fighters...wouldn't background characters normally look at the fight instead?
