The name Is Anthologies. I like it, it means a lot of char. and a good story.

That isn't bad at all, I like it. Now if only they can capture the feel of the old mk's, a true Anthology it shall be..

I don't like that name, if this next Mortal Kombat continues where Deception left off, Anthologys would not be suitable. Something that fits the unknown story of Mortal Kombat 7 would be more suitable.

Now if Midway decides to make another Trilogy type game or a Collection game like the Mega Man and Sonic The Hedgehog games, Anthologys would be a perfect name.

Thats actually incorrect. MKAnthologies is going to be a fanbased 3d mk game with all the characters including the ones in mkaus's mkstory. It would be due up for years, so i doubt it will be coming out.

Anthologies is a loose term, so it could mean stories or poems, or it could mean the stories of the characters in the game. Midway would be thinking along the lines of that a life is a story, sort of thing. I wouldn't mind the name, but then I wouldn't mind something like Mythologies II, possibly following another character's adventure. Domination? Mirth of Shinnok? Anything could be possible so early in development.

I agree. I did like the sub-names for the last two games, cause they fit with the stories for both games, but I think Midway should just go with a numerical name, Mortal Kombat 7.

The name must be Mortal Kombat 7. No bullshit but old-skool characters, fighting arena's, test your whatever you want, Shao Kahn, Goro and last but certainly not least... FATALITIES. That's whats makes MK a great game. Bring on the slaughter. The more gore the better.

Fix everything in that has been plaguing the games tweak it to perfection and end the series on a high note. Not to say I wouldnt mind more MK games but seriously the it needs to end.
