Everyone is up in arms with KP2. I totally understand if you felt swerved. Especially with Leatherface coming out of nowhere.

I will remain optimistic until I see gameplay. I wasn't looking forward to Jason and he turned out Ok. I like Tanya's variety in her gameplay. Tremor is fun, especially with all his brutalities. Predator was bitch-ass. Love the trap brutality.

I was ok with KP1, a pack that extends the game. I'm Ok with KP2 regardless of favorites not coming back because they will feel more special in the next MK game. If Fujin and Havik aren't showing up now, then we'll rejoice.... in four years. Fuck that's far away!

I'm hoping this won't surpass 15$. As much as I find many people on this board unappreciative entitled pricks, I'm hoping the backlash will keep the price low.

I'm hoping more than one stage shows up and that the skins are varied.

I look at the Cyborg as potentially three for the price of one if the variations differ enough.

I'm totally curious how the alien will play and how they will vary. I suspect it may cut itself to bleed on the opponent. Brutalities will be awesome with face-huggers and chest-exploding invaders. I wonder if we will see a fatality similar to Kano's where the opponent faces the camera and screams in pain as the second mini-mouth will burrow through the skull and explode out of the face.

Borai Cho will be funny and I'm ok with him ruining "the dark atmosphere".

Leatherface.... ok, I'm not THAT optimistic. How the hell will he play differently than Jason? I'm curious but if we're saving all the mk fighters for the next game, why the hell did Spawn not show up. It was in the plans. Who will show up for KP3 : Pinhead, CandyMan or the puppet from the Saw movies? "I want to play a game..."

Anyway, I'm still enjoying the game and I'm happy that it's being extended even if It's not what I expected. Who's with me?

Nope, I believe this is the first time i've dogged this shit tonight. I've been walking the line pretty well i thought. I just didn't see the point in you throwing negativity in a place that was obviously trying to get away from it. But whatever.

I apologize that I mistook your 'glass always full' attitude to include a little bit of salt. I think I said I was optimistic that this was a joke? Is that not considered optimism?

I guess trying to get people to have an open mind doesn't work in a thread filled with a bunch of people who's feelings are hurt that they didn't get what they want.

I'm the kind of person in life that tries their damnedest to get people to open their minds up to other things, or try to make them look differently at things. It's a hard job but someone's got to do it.

However, it would be nice if there were more people who were optimistic about this pack. There's nothing wrong in trying to look at things on the brighter side.

When you go to the zoo to see lions, but the lions are no where to be found, after you spend your money, do you stay optimistic?

How about after you paid forty bucks?

So if you paid forty bucks, although the lions aren't up for it, we can give you a goat to pet for twenty more bucks?

I don't get the reasoning here. Some will be satisfied, some won't, but don't be mad because they aren't satisfied with whatever you are.

Bo Rai Cho is great, but i guess my 'optimism' didnt make it past my first comment.

Whether this is aimed at me or not, I'll still reply to this. I say this because the last person I figured was aiming something at me, it turned out they were just "speaking in general." Although I hardly doubt they were, but whatever.

I'm not mad, not mad at all. I like having discussions with people who are mad though because it gives me an excuse to try to butt in with optimism and say, "You know, it could be worse!" I mean, people are already saying they're not going to waste their thirty dollars for this. But could they at least GIVE it a chance? They have until next year to really make a final decision and I'm sure during all this waiting time, we're gonna get that cast video with Tyler and Derek showcasing these characters.

Some could peek their little heads in their Twitch room and just see what they're really like.

I guess I'm a bad example since I'm constantly optimistic. I guess having optimism is somewhat of a bad thing when it comes to video game forums, eh?

The only optimism I have is for Bo Rai Cho. I really hope they make his drunken fighting fun and interesting. He's the only character I'll be getting out of this pack.

I'll get the stage and costumes as well. Just not the other 3 characters.
