To clarify I'm not a Quan hater, I just hate on his appearance i'm all for manipulation and betrayal those are pillars that MK is built upon. He's just so...visually stupid looking. Also if he ever screams "WOOLAY" again while doing any attack I will die.

Quan Chi is super awesome in appearance. All he needs is an added alt and his skull wall as a special. Oh and the neck stretch revamped and a new fatality(ies).

Quan chi was first introdused in MK4 which was released 1997.
The first God of war was released 2005.
So if anything, Kratos rips off Quan Chi.

He was also in Mortal Kombat Mythologie in the same year :)

QuanChi was the most badass in MKmSZ. But remember in MK4 when he could telekinetically steal your weapon?! That was awesome, but I think that move should be given to Ermac.

I hope in MKX Quan Chi losts those stupid red tattoos from his body, appears to have a more evil face, and finally gets his old costume back (or something very similar).

I've been wanting Quan Chi to change his clothes for over a decade now, hopefully in MKX someone will take him clothes shopping.

I have a feeling his appearance is going to be amazingly different. I mean, I don't see why it wouldn't. All signs point to every returning character to look drastically different and revamped.

Am I the only one that hated Quan Chi's mk4 outfit? It was a jump suit with a bulky, spiked, sweater vest. I consider his mkda/mk9 outfit the best, even though his tattoo's made no sense in mk9. Ah well, I suppose the whole DA/deception timeline will probably be vaguely danced around anyhow, so why the hell not.

Quan Chi is awesome. Shan Tsung is awesome too.

They are both very sophisticated, they're like an evil otherworldly James Bond. They have more to them than just being a big evil guy.

But Quan Chi DOESN'T have a wife and child. In fact we know almost NOTHING about Quan Chi's origins only that he was a demon who Shinnok made him arch-necromancer after helping the latter overthrow the original ruler of the Netherrealm
