Question about the XL pack on PS4

First of all, hi to everyone, it's been a while since I've logged in

I've downloaded the kombat pack 1 when it came out.Do i have to buy the XL pack to get the full experience or just buy kombat pack 2? will something be missing(costumes etc.)?
