Smoke, Cyrax, and Sektor were the first and last Lin Kuie warriors to be automated. Unless Sektor plans on automating some of the warriors it's not going to happen. I did see Rain as a cyborg in some comic though.
I don't think that their should be an more characters turned into cyborgs. But I'm not against the idea of having new members of the Tekunin in the game as cyborgs.

Smoke's Portal (I liked the way they did it in MKD, so I'd like to see it return)

Mk7 should bring the epilogue for Sektors and Cyrax's storyline Ithink. And how in the hell should be an edenian assassin automated -not to mention that it looks like he is dead? And yes, bring back the Kombat Tomb.

OMG NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. No more Cyborgs please!!!!!!!! I hate them all with passion. But hey, thats just me.

Oh yeah, he can accidentaly stumble on her in Outworld, while he is in Japan. Not to mention thats not the line where Midway is taking her...judging from the MKDA epilogue and the secret messages..

Actually, a few days ago I added a cyborg Frost made by Noob to be against Subbie.

Likely not to happen. Vogel somewhere said that they uverused the ninjas and the cyborgs aren't that promising in future installations. i think Smoke wil play amajor role somewhere, and that we will be seeing less ninjas per game.

The whole automation thing is over. The only thing that will happen is with Sektor, but I highly doubt any of the existing ninjas will go over to the Tekunin's side. Unless he captures someone. But the only one Sektor would really do that to is Sub-Zero. Sub-Zero cyborg...no! Yes, it's fair to say that, for now, Sektor forming the Tekunin, a clan of cyborgs is speculation. It was in his MKTE ending, which we have no way of telling if it happened, or if Sektor was even around during MKDA, or added as an extra like Mokap.

As for more cyborgs, no, especially not turning existing characters into robots. Three is more than enough (I never liked them either). I wouldn't mind seeing Sektor back, as I can bear one around, and he's the better one, imo. I'd much rather see Smoke as the etheral, smoke being in his MKD alternate, though with his own storyline and moves this time, rather than just as Noob's puppet.

MKT Ending,i don't remember seeing anything about that,i'll go play it now.

Also in his MKG ending he pretty much killed everyone lol,and went psycho with the missiles.

Also another thing,if Sektor is indeed forming a clan of cyborgs,then there has to be more cyborgs in MK,you can't guarantee that Cyrax and Smoke will join,Smoke definitely not and Cyrax is now good,so for that to happen Sektor would have to fight one of them and defeat either Smoke or Cyrax then reprgram him to do his bidding,hhhhhhhhmmmmm a la noob-smoke all over again???Who knows?

It's not his MKT ending where this happens, it's the one in MK:TE. Tournament Edition, a GBA only add on to MKDA, with Sektor, Noob and Sareena. The ending showed a picture of Sektor with a group of identical red cyborgs behind him, his Tekunin clan, which may or may not be invading Japan. There's no way his MKG ending can have happened, because his victims there were all still alive next game.

As I said before, right now, there's no telling whether this is canon or not. I still say Sektor should be MK's ONLY cyborg, if we have to have one there, and Smoke should stay his new etheral form (really don't like Cyrax). If his Tekunin clan does happen, it would still be pointless, imo to bring another robot in. Either that new character would just be a henchman filler (imagine a cyborg Hsu Hao or Kobra, pointless) tagging along with Sektor, or reuse the old "cyborg rediscovers his/her soul" plot they already did with both Cyrax and Smoke.

Unless they're Tekunin warriors or members of Noobs cyber demon army, then no more cyborgs at all! They are now unoriginal and not needed. Having said that it does look contradictory, but the new Tekunin and cyber demon warriors don't necessarily need to be fully automated. I think they could have some new looks so that we don't just see mere palette swapping. Both stories may not even happen and if not, then there's no need for any new cyborgs of any kind.
