IMO she is an example of how much characters can be improved when the team actually gives it a shot. She will return in mk7, in view of her likely story developments-- I expect part of her ending to be canon. If anything, limei is an example of how characters can be improved, something they should do with characters with potential, like kira etc.
Yes! This may be an unpopular opinion, but I kinda liked her ending (with the exception of her being able to fend off the many warriors from Onaga). I would like for them to take her "possible" role as the Dragon Queen a step further. She could get a real power boost. However, I don't want her looking like a beast. Perhaps she should be the one who frees Reptile and discovers Onaga's true form?
I read somewhere that Reptile is just a vessel for the Dragon King.
Personally, I would like it if Khameleon was the one to help Reptile but I guess Li Mei could be a nice substitute.
Like Frost, I would very much like for Li Mei to become a neutral character.
Also, am I the only one who thought her color scheme should have been pink instead of purple? I just think pink would have been a better color for her.
I don't mind Li Mei but she shouldn't be made just for horny teenage men. She has been improved in MK: D but I don't know what's going to happen to her story in MK7, it's very contradicting. Maybe she should sit MK7 out and return for MK8.
