I think we're gonna see a good chunk of the cast be killed off and MK11 will open up room for many of the MK4-MKA cast

I bet if Quan Chi gets killed and Shao Khan and Shang Tsung stay dead, death will start to mean more since there won't be as many obvious choices for people who can bring everyone back.
