Best combo for Sub-Zero is in the Cryomancer variation right now. Do his "Throat slicer" movie (F1 + 2 + 2) and the way down you can hit them with the 4 + 2 + 31 combo.

If you timed it correctly, Sub-Zero with grab them in the air and proceed to stab them viciously.

This combo does about 28% damage with no meter at all.

Ive been using sub-zero alot recently, cryomancer, and i've come up with two pretty easy combos too do.

First is back square, triangle, ice ball, forward square, triangle, triangle, back square, triangle, EX frost hammer, forward circle, triangle, X and square. That does over thirty damage.

Second is back square, triangle, EX hammer, jump triangle for the juggle, forward square, triangle, triangle, freeze, forward circle, triangle, square and x. If i recall that did like 32 damage.

Ive tried doing combos doing triangle circle triangle but theyre too annoying to pull off midscreen. lure your opponent into the corner with ice slides and throws then experiment with that in my opinion.
