90% health can be done against the computer. Put the difficulty down to very easy. Go to single fight and choose Kotal Kahn. Keep doing the move where he cuts himself to get your health down or let the computer beat you. Using the buff, you can do combo's that will waste upwards of 30% easily. His X-ray does about 50% IIRC. f2, d2 is an easy combo that wastes 21% without the buff.
