I think Jacqui, Takeda, Kung Jin, Shinnok, Mileena, Rain, and Erron will all be playable.

Rain had a completely new redesign, I doubt that he would just be story filler... Plus, Ed said he won't make people pay for the same dlc twice.

I bet dlc will be Smoke, whichever other veteran doesn't make it, and the two guests.

Highly doubt Shinnok is playable

I think he will be, if you notice, Raiden is wearing a very ancient costume, and Shinnok was trapped in Netherrealm a longg time ago, So I think that ́s just a Flashback..
