Yeah, that's good, but I think that Midway should just call it MK 7.

mortal kombat:chaos

Another thread exactly the same as this was posted about one hour ago. Anyway, my choices were Domination or Mirth of Shinnok.

Mortal Kombat Revelations

I chose this name because the title Revelations is perfect for the new Mortal Kombat games. The One Being would be discovered and the true purpose of the realms would be revealed to all of the Mortal Kombat warriors.

Also, in the Bible the book of Revelations is about the end of the world. I believe that that time is coming for Mortal Kombat due to all of the chaotic events occuring in all of the realms. Onaga's return, Havik's work, Death of great classic warriors. It would be the slow transformation into a new era in the Mortal Kombat universe.

You red my mind man. I always thought that would be a good name for MK7 as well.

IMO another good name for MK7 would be: "Mortal Kombat Retaliation".

Retaliation: To pay back (an injury) in kind/ To return like for like, especially evil for evil.

Retaliation would be a great name for MK7 IMO, especially after "Deception", with all the Deception going on, i'd expect characters that got decieved to retaliate.

MK: Evanescence

But since its TOO associated with the bands name it would never happen, and just because of the band many could hate it and love it.

I have no idea what the name could be.

I would probably call the next MK game Mortal Kombat: Devastation, like in the poll, because it would continue on from when Onaga seized the power of the komidogu and used its power to wreck the realms.

The Next Mortal Kombat would really be MK9. i will explain in a bit.
But the Name i agree should be Mortal Kombat Darkness / Retaliation

Now back to my first statement there are 8 Mk's here they are

MK 1
MK2
Mk 3
MK 4
MK Trilogy 5 ( i know it is out of order you should ask midway)
MK 6 Mythologies of Sub-Zero
MK 7 Deadly Allience
MK 8 Deception

So it would be Mortal Kombat 9

OK if your gonna count the games that way then you left MKTE MKSM MK Advanced, MKGold, and so forth, but the majority of the people will agree that this is only game 7
