Character Line-Up (Revised)
Starting Characters
Liu Kang: He must stop the Dragon King from combining the Kamidogu, with the presence of The One Being on the horizon. He needs all the help he can get to save the world and the ones he loves.
Kai: He is recruited by Liu Kang in order to stop the Dragon King, one reason he is willing to help is that his old friend, Kung Lao, is under Onaga's control.
Ermac: Ermac knows that Onaga must be stopped from combining the Kamidogu. For if he does, The One Being will appear and take control of the realms.
Bo' Rai Cho: With Li Mei under Onaga's control, Master Bo' Rai Cho must once again rescue her from the clutches of evil, while maintaining the Outworld army for impending doom.
Sindel: Finding knowledge that if she destroys Onaga's the heart from Onaga's real body, he will perish. She begins her search for the tomb in which he is buried along with Jade.
Jade: Jade is desperate to find something to free her good friend Kitana from Onaga's trance. She wanders the wastelands of Outworld with Sindel trying to find the tomb where The Dragon King's real body is buried. During their travels, they come along a body in the deserts near the Sarna Ruins. It is that of Rain. Awakening, he joins their brigade.
Rain: After Shao Kahn's rule ended, Rain endlessly wandered the wastelands of Outworld. Years later, he is discovered in the desert near the Sarna Ruins by Sindel and Jade. During the events of MK3, he learned of his real past and was glad to join their party.
Raiden: After fusing Liu Kang's body and soul back together, he joins him, Kai, and Ermac in destroying Onaga. However, they must watch their backs, because Raiden's tolerance for mortals diminishes.
Fujin: He plans on taking the position of Earthrealm's protector, because he does not trust the new Thunder God. He tries to revert this Raiden back to his former self, but if it comes down to it, Fujin might have to destroy the Thunder God...
Nightwolf: He is contacted by Sindel to lure Onaga into the Netherrealm so she has time to enact out her plans to find his body. However, he knows The Dragon King will not be so easily decieved. He must find some way to bait him in...
Cyrax: He was expelled from Outworld back to Earthrealm after Nitara helped him find a portal of escape. Back at the Outworld Investigation Agency, he finds his allies missing. News was that Jax and Sonya had fallen in battle against the Deadly Alliance. His only comrade left was Kenshi,who was now in Outworld with a former ally - Sub-Zero. This would be an unwelcoming mission.
Sub-Zero: Sub-Zero encountered Noob Saibot and Smoke in the Netherrealm, where the spectre revealed his true identity - his former brother. He was going to be killed when Ashrah showed up. She fought Noob while Sub-Zero fought Smoke. The fight was brutal, but Sub-Zero gained the upperhand. While Smoke was haywiring, the Lin-Kuei programmed the command: KILL NOOB SAIBOT. Ashrah defeated Noob in a spectacular display, as she flew from the Netherrealm. Sub-Zero could not bear to kill his brother, and left the realm immeadiately.
Kenshi: Sub-Zero gave him shelter at the Lin Kuei headquarters. Though Kenshi was grateful, he needed to rescue his comrades. While there, he encountered Sareena. Though he was blind, Kenshi could see the evil residing in her. She was not to be trusted.
Sareena: Although Sareena had escaped the Netherrealm and accquired a human form, she needed living beings to feed off of to retain her appearence. This was causing all the Lin Kuei members to be weakened. When all of them had eventually died, she would claim the name of Lin Kuei Headmaster. She thought nobody would ever discover her plans, but this new warrior Kenshi seemed suspicious.
Scorpion: He was still on the Elder Gods' quest to destroy the Dragon King, and prevent the Kamidogu from being combined. No-one had suceeded in defeating him, not even the fool Shujinko who had let him become once more. If he did not complete his mission, he would have to destroy the ultimate warrior, The One Being.
Unlockables
Li Mei: She had become the Onaga's queen. Once he completed forming the Kamidogu, she would be second in command of the One Realm. No fool would be foolish enough to interfere now, unless Bo' Rai Cho had another rescue plan in store for her. Unfortunately this time, she would not come so quietly...
Baraka: Onaga was highly disappointed in Baraka after all his men had fallen. His only chance of redemption would be to take out the leader of the Outworld resistance, Bo' Rai Cho. He would take great pleasure in doing that...
Noob Saibot: Sub-Zero had escaped his grasp and Ashrah had defeated him. There would be no more mistakes for Noob. The spectre wanted revenge on his brother and the former demon. The sword Ashrah had left behind would serve as an escape route for him. He knew just what to do - his clan of Brotherhood of the Shadows had plenty of demons he could slay. They would never expect the attack. Nothing would go wrong. Smoke was acting peculiar, though.
Smoke: Sub-Zero had defeated him in battle and reprogrammed new orders - KILL NOOB SAIBOT. Although this was input, the Netherrealm was messing with his programming. As soon as he got out of this horrid place, he would finally be free and murder his capture. He would have to kill to get his wish though. No one would be able to stop the onslaught of Smoke.
Sektor: His plans for the Tekunin were going smoothly. Many innocents had been automated and transformed into his souless slaves. Soon, his plans of taking over Japan would be put into action. Before that, he needed to eleminate the Lin Kuei though. He lead his troops to the closest portal and began the invasion.
Darrius: He had conquered Orderrealm with Hotaru dead. The troops were unorganized and choatic - just the way he liked it. Havik stood by his side as second in command. Havik spoke to him of plans to make every realm this way. Thoughts and choas raced through his mind. The first realm to be conquered was Edenia. With their military forces focused on Onaga, it would be an easy takeover.
Dairou: His plans to assassinate Hotaru were shortened when the warrior Kenshi sliced him in half. Returning to Havik with good news, he spoke of a secret that Darrius kept from him. In order to lure Dairou into his killing spree, Darrius murdered his family. Knowing this, Dairou set out on a mission to rid of Darrius.
Havik: Darrius had suceeded in doing what he always wanted - total choas in Seido. This was not even enough choas for Havik. He told Dairou what Darrius had done to his family. He was enrage, but Havik was pleased. This still was not enough choas. He wanted the Onaga's heart, which had the power to ressurect the dead. When the side of good had defeated him, he would claim his heart. With that, he will revive Shao Kahn, creating even more turmoil!
Kabal: Havik had told of Onaga's heart. It had mystical powers that could ressurect the dead. This could be useful to that Black Dragon. They would be ultra powerful and the most feared group around. There was also another side - he could revive all the dead Black Dragon members and bring them back to life! No one could stop them then...
Kira: Kira was a proud new member of the Black Dragon. Even knowing she killed Kobra and became the first new recruit, she still wanted more! Perhaps they should remove some members. Kira began to plot the unfortunate demise of Kabal.
Ashrah: She was expelled from the Netherrealm after defeating Noob Saibot in kombat. Ashrah was exhilirated at first, but then realized her mistake - She had left the Kriss in the Netherrealm. This could ultimately lead to the release of Noob Saibot. Ashrah couldn't let it fall into the hands of such a powerful warrior. She needed the taint of evil back in order to travel to the Netherrealm again, a realm she had never wanted to be in the first place.
Sub-Bosses
Chameleon/Khameleon: Hiding in the shadows for so long, these two mysterious warriors had finally arisen from the shadows. Their fomer ally Reptile had turned into Onaga. He was such a powerful being, that they knew he could protect the last of their race.
Goro: Goro was rescued by Kahn and had no choice but to except refuge. Of course he now had to do the Emperor's bidding. Goro felt dishonorable for breaking the truce with Kitana, who was currently under Onaga's control. Kahn wanted him destroyed. If Goro could defeat the Dragon King, he could possibly free Kitana and bring the treaty back to order. He still had to work for the Emperor's watchful eye, and will stop at nothing to eliminate everyone in order to keep up his facade.
Bosses
Onaga: Onaga had lost many allies: Mileena, Tanya, Hotaru, and the Tarkatan hordes, but he still was going strong. His remaining warriors had to defend the ever increasing enemies. While they did, he would slowly drain the essence of the Netherrealm and build up enough power to form the Kamidogu into one.
Shao Kahn: Kahn wants the Outworld throne and the Kamidogu back. Along with Goro, he plans an assault on the Dragon King. He will regain Outworld back, and he will vanquish anyone who gets in his way.
There should also be four new characters that are highly thought out
and original, not the crap we've been getting lately, Boon!
