honestly.....i think it's time for a sektor comeback....he was snubbed big time in deception....(he was apparently even being planned for as evidence by the art in the extras menu) instead we received a brief cameo.

the storyline is obvious...TEKUNIN!!!....he should definitly feud with the lin kuei and sub zero....but once again this may not be possible if the noob saibot ending holds true(then again noob is trying to create cyber demons) so who knows...this could end up being a 3 clan war.....we'll just have to see what really happened in deception and who the next threat will be

Characters I would like to see back in MK7. There are others I can list, but they're probably not as essential as these guys.

Mavado- Connected to too many characters to just simply disappear. He was revealed as Sonya's greatest enemy, is allied to Quan Chi, beat the crap out of Kenshi, and also has his grudges against the new Black Dragon (which could add something to that directionless group) and Lin Quei.

Johnny Cage- He badly needs a new storyline direction. But, love him or hate him, MK is not the same without him, imo. He adds a light touch to the darkness of the series, but without going too far like Bo Rai Cho or Mokrap. I may be biased, but I'd like Johnny to take a more central role, rather than being a support/backup good guy.

Kung Lao- Should have been the main hero after Liu's death. MKDA seemed to be finally giving one of the coolest characters his dues, building him up as a potential new hero, and next game he's reduced to being a killed and ressurected zombie slave. Not fair. I'd continue this build up, and I wrote a storyline for him somewhere else which had Kung Lao taking a stand against Dark Raiden.

Sareena- Surely her time has come? She's easily the most popular character to not appear in a main game. MKTE built up her storyline some more, with Sub Zero and the Lin Quei. It would be very interesting when she finds out the older Sub Zero is still alive, as Noob, and could easily go either way from good or evil. Also connected with Ashrah.

Quan Chi- Why he didn't make it to MKD I don't know. But, it looks like he managed to escape Raiden's sacrifice blast in the intro. Has quickly become one of MK's main villains, and I see him taking over the Shang Tsung role, as the main evil sorceror. After helping beat the heroes, he then defeated Shang, so they've kinda made the Quan Man out to be the superior of the old alliance.

Shang Tsung- true is that Quan Chi is a far more superior sorcerer, but Tsung is so much of an icon, stand-up guy, not to mention his evils are particularly matching anyones (he is the very definition of evil in MK). Give the shapeshifter another chance. Let him be blasted into his Soulnado, and guess what would happen?

Hotaru and Dairou would be good to have back. Let order/chaos tie in more with the MK struggle and we have a complete and good roster piece.

Kitana, Kung Lao, Nitara and Hsu Hao. (Im thinking possibly Jax didnt kill Hsu Hao since Jax himself died).

Also two of the most underrated characters with the most potential.

Sareena and Khameleon. Both would fit into the sotyine perfectly. You can see my Sareena Ideas in my thread in this forum, and my Khameleon ideas are spalshed around here too.

Hey everybody. lol I'm still lurking around here. Anyways...probably Sektor since he should've been in MKD. I'm tired of waiting to hear what happens with him and his little army of cyborgs.

I would like to see Fujin return in Mortal Kombat 7 because it was stated that he is one of the last surviving gods of Earthrealm from Shinnok's attack during Mortal Kombat 4, and he is Raiden's brother. Since Raiden has gone down a more extreme path in defending Earthrealm, I think Fujin would wish to reconcile his brother's torn feelings and have him return to the way he was. Also, if Raiden is acting this way now, I doubt he will have many followers who will not stay with him and turn to Fujin. Also, Fujin is in touch with the Elder Gods who will be displeased with Raiden's actions and may tell Fujin to deal with him. So Fujin would be torn between obeying his superiors or joining his brother.
