You have to upload it somewhere first and enter the link to it:

Settings → Icon Settings → Change Icon.
And I can see you have some problems with the sig as well, so let me help you with that, too. Go to Code section in Signature Settings and put the link to the sig like that:
(img src="http://www.somewebsite.com/yoursig.jpg").
But instead of ( and ) , put < and >.
