I love Deadliest Warrior. It had great fights, weapons, battle scenes, music, guests, hosts and narration.

I love Mortal Kombat for most of those reasons as well. There's already an overall deadliest warrior tournament happening here (Who If The Supreme Champion).

I decided to make this thread to post some interesting matches. Who and why. Here are some of mine:

-Nitara vs Skarlet. I read the vampire skeleton article today and I never actually realized that Skarlet was a bloodsucker just like Nitara!

-Rain vs Hydro. Which is the better aquarrior?

-Baraka vs Fujin. A fight of opposites: savagery vs wisdom, instinct vs enlightenment, mutant vs god.

-Scorpion vs Noob Saibot. Both died and were reborn in the Netherrealm. Before Noob was reborn, he was Sub-Zero 1 and then Scorpion killed him, but what would happen when he comes face-to-face with the product of his "revenge"?

-Sektor vs Reptile. Another battle of opposites. Machine vs creature, organic vs technological weaponry, instinct vs programming.

-Blaze vs Smoke. Smoke always said wherever there's smoke, there's fire. Here's the fire. What now?

-Jax vs Kabal. Both suffered terrible injuries, and both were repaired. Whose modifications give the bigger edge?

-Ermac vs Kenshi. You probabley know why.

-Chameleon vs Sindel. Chameleon's always silent and hiding, and Sindel's always loud and around. Is sneaky better than volume?

-Frost vs Tanya. Which traitor is more treacherous?

-Liu Kang vs Shujinko. Can the champion of Mortal Kombat compete with an old kung-fu master with years of experience?
