Meat is probably the most underdressed character of all, y'know, not even bothering to wear skin. and also Motaro in both 2-legged and 4-legged forms had nothing but fur.

Most revealing outfit would be Mileena or possibly Li Mei, but the most provocative female character would be ASHRAH! She leaves a lot to the imagination, makes me want to see more of her.

Was the flesh pits Mileena not meant to be the most revealing of any character? I believe it is. Mileena doesn't leave much to the imagination there so the female role goes to Mileena flesh pits costume. I'll agree with whoever said Li mei too. I was playing Armageddon the other day and I was thinking wasn't Li Mei fully dressed in DA? My how things change over the course of a couple of games.lol.
