Think since Shang Tsung was obsessed with Sonya Blade, think if she lost to him, she would've been either forced to be his slave or marry him and have her as a queen? He did have her in that getup.

I Think Shao Kahn Would've Made Her His Concubine and Chained Her up @ The Kollisium on Display!! Shang Does Basically Everything Shao Kahn Say's and He'd Most Likely Make Him Give Her Up to him.
