What is the reason for Motaro having 2 legs instead of 4 in MK: Armageddon?

After the events of UMK, Scorpion constantly desires Sub-Zero's blood in his hands. Seeing that Scorpion's rage could be highly benefitted of, Quan Chi offers him a chance to avenge his family and clan, though he must be one of Shinnok's pawns.

Anyhoo, For the question:

Nightwolf and Havik have the same VA and I played Havik's Training a lot, so it's not any of them.

I'd say Hotaru/Dairou, it is.

For teh bonus Points (good ideawink), It's Mileena ( who has a very sexy voice, but sorta crappy Voice Acting)

Nope!
Hint: This character's training was usually considered quite difficult due to a few required combos (most notably a very long chain combo.)
