Here's my question: This character was created via a glitch in MK2 where Kitana would change into a different color instead of being blue, who is this character?

Skarlet, during a glitvh referred to as Ermacs, short for Error Macro, in which the character's costume palette was swapped to red, the color of all the ninja's actor portrayal suit, due to an in-game glitch. karlet is basically the MK2 Ermac. In creation AND story almost.

Im Mortal Kombat Deception, from the very beginning, one collects specially colored keys of which some have unknown origin. These keys have generated much controversy as of what they do throughout the time in MK, and have been thought to allow one to do things, even re-entering the original Earthrealm Village. So, what is so special about these keys?

Well, those keys are similar to these, but these keys have unknown function, and that kina goes with the special thing.

Well honestly I have never heard about these keys before, ive tried doing some research on this to no solution so I don't know the answer.

Between the keys, there is no Jade/ Geen Key. All keys share a color and name with the corresponding coin, and can be collected from various people in Konquest mode.

During the events of Deception, Hotaru set out to bring the Lin Kuei Grandmaster to justice before Onaga. So that's why he hates Sub-Zero , because he saw him as a threat to Order.
