You, yourself cannot physically close a thread on this site. Though asking a Portal Guard or anyone higher to close a thread for you will eventually get the thread close. Though, because you are at the lowest ranking of this site, you cannot close a thread, nor can you give out skull or dragon points. You must earn DPs in order to do so. Plus, you're asking this in the wrong fourm.

Only Portal Guards or higher can close/delete threads, so ask us to do it by changing the thread title to make our lives easier.
