Just like the title says. What have you conjured up for yourself regarding the MK universe and its characters that is (or as of yet remains) completely unsupported in-universe/canon?
For bonus points, has any of your headcanons ever come true?
I'll go first: I like to think Johnny Cage might have actually known a thing or two about Shakespearean drama before selling out and going where the money was.

What if he had a deep appreciation and knowledge of those things, but he found Hollywood's treatment of them to be pretentious and overdone so he just decided to have fun?

Something along those lines, yeah. I just thought it would be like a weird trait, but one that actually shows depth of character, considering they've implied Johnny has that in recent installments.

Alright maybe I should have made it clear in the original post my bad
Let's try NOT discussing your crack ships. Trust me, I have my own, but it's not what I made this thread for. I'm talking about other stuff, like hidden talents, personality quirks, etc.

Spoilers: (Highlight to reveal)
Jade discovers she is a demigod, the daughter of a long forgotten Edenian deity and Jade actually bore a secret daughter 500 years with a famous Earthrealm warrior that she had to abandon to an Outworld village to save her from Shao Kahn discovering it (even Kitana has no knowledge of it), but thought she died after the village got destroyed in a Tarkartan attack, but turned out her daughter lived up 500 years into an independent Outworld renegade who was raised alongside Li Mei. Also post-Armageddon with no Raiden interference, Jade builds a friendship/relationship with Taven, another snarky demigod.

I had something similar to this: Edenians are direct descendants of the gods, right? And Johnny Cage is a descendant of an ancient Mediterranean cult bred to serve the gods, right?
...Johnny and Jade both share the shadow kick... and Jade is millennia old...
