Question is is how impure blood truly effects Skarlet (because Kitana is more Outworld now). Rich Edenia blood is especial to Skarlet but (acidic?) types can be toxic to her, not necessarily the magik. Could be an advantage or disadvantage for either, in some cases.

Skarlet is a dangerous assassin but Kitana is a tier above her. so in a fair fight, I do give Kitana the edge

Kitana bleeds blue (not literally). This is a tie, (fortunately for Skarlet) this time.
