This thread is meant to prep any PAL players here for what will happen if the game is indeed region-locked. If this is the case, I will set up separate tournaments for you guys. Stay tuned.

I think Ed confirmed along time ago on his twitter that the game won't be region locked.

Nah, that post was effectively a joke. He said something to the effect of west coast Americans being able to play east coast Americans. For the record, every MK game to my knowledge has had a region lock.

I hope there isn't a region lock, would be cool to have a sample of the global MK community in one tournament.
