Most of us know these for the characters we use ourselves but I found this to be a nice reference for characters I don't use. Definitley learned some things watching this and I would recommend everyone giving this a view.

Haha, those are the exact same combos I use with Kitana and Jade, plus some others.

I'll be definitely keeping an eye out for those Kano, CSZ and Shang Tsung combos. Those are the only 3 characters I haven't practiced at all so far (plus the DLC characters).

Also, there was a nice combo with Smoke that I don't use, gonna have to try it out.

The guy really put up a nice description below the video, he really did a nice job.

It is nice seeing Shang Tsung combos that don't use any meter. All the ones you normally find use his ex-groundskulls.

When you try those Kano combos you will see that the timing on all those 212 links are pretty damn strict. It's very easy to miss the last hit in any 212. When I want to play more save I will just do 212, 212, Up ball. A easy mixup combo with Kano is b+112,dash, b+112 Short but does a good 24% (I think) damage and hits overhead.

I don't mind Sheeva doing big damage. It makes up for her being so slow.

Yeah, those 2, 1, 2 strings from Kano require a dash in and short delay in between them, but with a little practice, it's not that hard (been playing with him these past few days). I mainly go for 2, 1, 2 - 2, 1, 2 - b+1, 2 into up-ball (34% damage when it starts with a jump-in-punch). Also, f+3, b+2 hits low first and can be followed up with 2, 1, 2 - b+1, 2 into up-ball. I also like his 1, 1, 2 string, it's fast and has little recovery so you can often squeeze in a throw after it. I still have to test all of this online, against human opponents when I get back to "my base" lol.

I still have CSZ, Shang Tsung and Kratos (ugh) to go. From all the characters so far, I find Baraka's and Jade's timing on combos to be the most problematic. It's like whenever I connect a first hit of a string with them I enter a panic mode cause I'm aware of the strict timing and don't wanna drop the combo.
