I just pulled up Netherrealm's twitch account to see the European ESL Pro League playing earlier today, and right now the NA league is playing. This is week 3, and by the sounds of it they must do this every week? I had no idea! I have already seen some really awesome play in the EU league, never knew Raiden was that dangerous. And then the first match I just watched of the NA league was Sonya vs. Johnny Cage, first time I have seen either of those characters in tournament play.
