There's so many August birthdays on MKO, Happy birthday J-spit. You have to block that high, blocking low will cause guaranteed stagger and full damage it's her forward circle attack I believe, it's blockable/ avoidable, you just gotta be looking out for it, it's the one where she's kind of spinning and dropping her knee on you correct? I'm pretty positive I know precisely what you're talking about.

I use both the D+4 low poke and 4,2 a good bit but I don't think I abuse it.

Mileena doesn't have 50/50's (at least that I can utilize) and seems to rely a lot on punishment combos, overhead pop-ups, and zoning with sais.

I really struggle against rushdown characters who basically turtle then try and bait me to roll/tele-kick so they can commence the beatdown. A lot of people turtle on me.

Raiden, Kung Lao, Cyrax and Cage really fuck up my day.

Side Note: I fucked around with Skarlet a bit and man, she's a tough character to learn. Anyone have some good Skarlet skills?

I think I need a lot more practice. I have tons of combos I know for at least half the roster and I can set them up no problem, but I need to work on my defense a ton and learn to start recognizing certain types of players and strategies.

I teleport and roll a lot as Mileena, but I do it as more of a reaction to whatever my opponent is doing, not because it's all I know how to do. Her teleport and roll beat a lot of attacks, so they're worth using.
