Very decent match.
Enjoy
Also look for other matches in the sidebar. Some good Sonya and Raiden play to be found.

See, that right there is the way that Shang is meant to be played. Keep away, skull combos, and the odd ground string to keep your opponent honest. I've never seen anyone play Shang that well.

Yea man, he had that Kung Lao so mindfucked the only thing he could do was stand there and block at one stage.
Look for vids of Alex Valle, he is the "original" good Shang player in this game. I predict a big increase in Shang Tsung players soon.

good video, definitely shows how shang is supposed to be used, but Detroit could of used more low starters, would've finished off that brain dead Kung Lao a lot sooner.

Was thinkin the same thing. Played a really good Shang online a few nights ago and the dude out rushed me and out zoned me when I tried that rout.

That match was great, but... That second commentator was JuiceBox Abel. I never thought I'd see that day JuiceBox would be commentating MK. We truly live in a better world today than we did in March.

If you look in the side bar I am sure there are some vids with matches of him playing as well.
I've been waiting for DetroitBalln to appear in a tournament scene somewhere. The first time I saw him was on a TylerLantern video but later on I caught him facing several other players, alas all of them online. Glad to see his appearance and his amazing Shang Tsung starting to spring out like weeds. Hopefully he goes to EVO for some casuals at the least.
