With a relaunch of the Mortal Kombat series, relaunching these struggling forums seemed like a good idea. I won't go into it much, but during MK Deception this site had a vibrant community. I'd like to recapture that, in some respects, especially since this MK is targeted at the hardcore fighting game enthusiasts. I am hoping some such people come over if the game does indeed prove to be first class.

A few things:

The "personally directed threads" rule is dropped when posting in this forum. This does not mean you can make a thread about someone you think sucks (or whatever) and ridicule them, but rather that you can make a thread targeted to someone you wish to play with to set up matches and have discussion about it.

I feel this site's rules in other regards are lax enough. They're no different than any other major, credible website's.

With that, I welcome you to our revised (and finally up-to-date) online community.
