I usually do a 43% with Rain that requires 2 bars: jump punch towards opponent, 4, 3, ex lightning, 4, 3, roundhouse, ex geyser. Easy and effective ;)

40% no meter combo

JIP B2 1+2 >> B2 1+2 >> 4 3 xx Water Bubble (place above rain), 4 3 xx Lightning >> Super kick, your choice of uppercut or geyser kick.

I posted one in the 1st Day Rain Combos thread, but I'll repost it here.

JP, 4, 3, Lightning, 4, 3, Super Kick, 4, 3, Water Bubble, 4, 3.
12 hits, 42% mid-screen, no meter.
If you start with H2O Buff (one bar) it goes to 60%.
