We all know that Raiden is a giant mountain to climb for any other fighter. We also know that a three year old with down syndrome can turn Raiden into a battle tank.
So lets not go there.
Straight up how do I bring down the thunder god with queen sindel.

Raiden and Mileena turn one of Sindel's greatest strengths into one of her greatest liabilities unfortunately.
I don't use Sindel much, but I just thought of a good strat, Sindel's scream is down back triangle correct, if you time is properly, when Raiden teleports her hair whip is down forward triangle, if timed right I think you can punish his teleport with a hair whip, allowing you to use Raiden's teleport speed against him and make him hesitant to rely on it as much.
If you can, use Sindel's scream on a blocked thunderdive and then hit him with your best combo string.
Raiden players have a tendency to grab more than anyone else, make them pay for it with a liberal amount of pokes or trips
This is one match that Sindel has to use her fireball sparingly, otherwise, she'll end up eating a big combo or thunderdive, Raiden's teleport is too quick to knock him out of it even when it's not on wakeup.
If Raiden tries to zone(which is rare for most Raiden players), time your low spit to make it so that he takes damage while you emerge from the zoning war unscathed.
I wish I used Sindel more, I would love to offer some better advice.

Well I would say wait for an inevitable teleport and punish with a combo, but his is instantaneous and has no recovery, so it'll most likely be him doing the combo (ie. throw/sweep). I say, you're SOL.
I had a bad Raiden experience today, sorry.

Raiden needs some major nerfing, right now anybody and I mean anybody could main him.
He's the worst character for me to face. Now that I finally have a system for beating KL, I have to concentrate on Raiden. I don't know a thing about Sindel, but when I fight Raiden with Noob, has has two specials that are reversed input. (Down Forward 3 and Down Back 3) So, while I'm throwing shadows at him like a madman, which it's input is d,f,3 when he teleports and you keep hitting the same button string, when he's on the other side of you the inputs then become d,b,3 which is Noob's up shadow. Not sure if Sindel has anything like that, but that's one thing that has helped me keep Raiden somewhat at bay.
What I normally do beyond that is take few superman's to the face and try to memorize the person's pattern so I can anticipate when he will teleport and when to block for the superman. Normally people who play as Raiden rinse and repeat and become predictable. I'm talking about the noob who wields Raiden like a five year old with a handgun. Not a seasoned player who will learn to change things up once you recognized their patterns.

Raiden's a bad match or at the very least a difficult match up for almost everyone on the roster, I think the exception is Kung Lao and maybe the top 4 and well...that's not saying much
I really think his teleport needs to be slowed down, make it like Ermac and Scorpion's teleport because right now, no matter how quick you are or how fast you beat him to the punch his teleport can still win, even when it's not performed on wake up, seriously aggravating.
That thunder dive having zero start up is also absurd and when it's done online? Forget about it.
I can count on one hand how many times I've used Raiden and sadly, I can do his high damage combos and never took even a modest interest in him, ridiculous.
Anyways back to Sindel, I tried watching some tourney footage of a great Sindel player, unfortunately even that player seemed to really struggle with Raiden and I couldn't glean any useful or help strat they used, I would say work on combos, mix ups, and using her cartwheel flip kicks, hair whip and scream, the fireball unfortunately have to take a back seat to compete with Raiden.

Very breifly. I have an ultimate quest to Main Shang Tsung and thusly I learn everyone so that the morph can be a part of my gameplan. VS Raiden the Morph pays dividends.
Raiden vs SCARIER RAIDEN lol
