seriously, how do people manage these combos? i can literally only do about 4 or 5 at a push. is there some technique or trick or what?

Juggle is the trick, and sometimes xrays.

That's what i was wondering, I don't know how you can pull off 22 hir combos, it has to be the timing for sure.

Do the 3, down+1, down+2, , but then dash, do it again ( I think it's possible to do it a third time but haven't been able to yet), then jump punch and air throw, or X-Ray.

I havent tryed too much yet, but I figured out a 8 hitter with Raiden that does 30% damage. I could prolly get it more by tagging the xray at the end instead of his superman.

7 hits with Scorpion

52% with Reptile I believe, 15 hits

I think that the amount of hits shouldn't matter, the damage is what's most important.
I've done 11 hit combos with Kitana, and even more with other characters.
But the most damaging combo I've done has only consisted of 8 HITS, 43% damage with of course KITANA

12 hits with Baraka

Smoke - 11 hits 40% no xray

Took me fucking ages, quite proud tbh, now to go master it

ive gotten better 11 hit with johny cage nd 12 hit with smoke

9 with JC and 8 with liu Lang.

52% with Jade. That's including an x ray though. Without x ray my staple's about 36% or so.

damage? 67% with Kung Lao I think was my highest. given ive literally spent a combined total of 10 minutes in practice. Just whipping through everything else right now.

just checked my trophies, got the 10+ achievement, so that means I must have pulled one of greater ten but not sure by how much ;p

He does 3 enhanced moves in 1 combo followed by an xray in midair for 22 hits...... That would require 6 enhanced bars to pull off which you can only have 3 max in arcade/online VS mode. Over 80% of those combos he does can only be pulled off in training mode.

Yeah, I added that little segment in yesterday night. Currently, I don't go for the launcher combo a third time, but now that I know Smoke can smoke bomb after an air throw... heh, I'm going to spend a lot time in the lab today, lol.

A nice little 13 or 14 hitter with Sonya. Kartwheel + X-Ray = <333

meh, i can now do roughly an 8 hit combo with kung lao, albeit including an x-ray. im just starting to get the hang of stringing those mini-combos and special moves together, but i have to really know a character before i can manage it, so for now im just focusing on kung lao and ermac.
