A really cool glitch on the MK1 special disc for ps2 (Ice radien) I do have picture proof!!
Okay so yesterday My brother came over with his girl friend and I brought out my old sega, well after playing it back and forth, I told him i had an arcade perfect verison of it, so of course we had to play it. Well anyways we both selected radien and start doing all his moves, disapearing and flying, and suddenly as we both did his disppear move at the same time, I pressed my buttons to do a flying thunder god at him and my character changed ice blue and stayed that way, of course I was siked since everyone is always talking about ermac, i thought this would be a nice change of pace. Now i know you all an't going to believe me so that is why I paused the game the mintue I saw it happen and began snapping off photo's, straight from the TV, 6 came out, I had to cover the flash on my digital so they an't great, anyways, I have pictures on the computer, if someone here would be kinda enough, i could send them the pictures and perhaps they could post them for me (sorry not much of a computer wiz).. if anyone would help that would be great , I thought you all would enjoy a cool glitch.

Well speaking of "freeze" glitches, in SNES MK1, Sub-Zero's ice blast does a very small bit of damage, (maybe it does it for all MK1 versions but the SNES one is the only one I have ever played), so if you take off your opponent's last bit of life during the second round, and then do his Deep Freeze Fatality, after he punches them and they shatter, the standard frozen sprite will still be standing and then they will fall down, but it still counts as a Fatality.

Stuff like this is cool. When people find neat stuff, snap a picture and show others. I like it. It makes me want to try to glitch MK1 on purpose again. I tried like hell to find where they stored their pallets but just couldn't do it :(

I totally remember that glitch. it only worked on the snes verison, I believe you uppercut the other fighter 4 times (doing no other moves), then freeeze them (they should just have enough energy left) and it will say finish him, do the fatal button move and the glitch will happen!!
reminded me of other glitches. i used to have the mk1 arcade unit revision 4.1 In a two player round, you can cause the game to reset by having 2 sub-zero's on danger continuosly doing double ice backfires to each other. after a couple of volleys, the danger bell starts to sound funny, then the animations screw up, and finally the game can't handle it and it crashes. allowing the time to run out on shang tsung also crashes the game if your life bar is more full than his. i tried this trick on arcade 3, umk3, and 4, but i guess they fixed it. the result is equally funny though because shao kahn and shinnock just start their defeat animation without being touched. looks like a suicide.
