Does anybody else think LiMei is to mileena as Tanya was to kitana???
each pair has very similar powers and outfits... Kitana frim MKG played almost exactly like tanya, and LiMei has sais and dresses in pink like mileena...

Li Mei is only similar to Mileena in the color of her clothes and her sais. That's it. They are completely different.

seems like stuff like that happens a lot-- I remember in mk4 jarek plays a lot like kano-- fujin played a lot like kung lao-- and Im sure there are other examples I havent thought of yet.

Took the words right out of my mouth. Li Mei is completely original - some character was bound to have sais as their weapon.

Others are right when they say Jarek is Kano, Tanya is Kitana (wasn't Tanya originally suppose to be Kitana?), and Funji being Kung Lao...

I can see Mavado to Kabal as well. I really just look at Mavado as Kabal with a new look...

Can u explain why you think mavado is just like kabal other than the hookswords?confused.
I don't see anything in common with the two.

Mainly in their character...both are evil, thugs, they just changed the color of the dragon. Like you said, the hookswords. Maybe they really aren't that close, but, meh, it's just my view.
