Any physical differences between the original and GH versions of MKT?

There's a local shop in town that has two copies. The discs are not identical, as the small codes around the inner ring of the disc are in different places. Is this an indicator of the original version? This particular disc doesn't have a case, so all I can go on is the disc itself. Any help on this?

I wish I had more details, but going from memory, I can tell you that there were actually 2 "originals". The first original was way more glitchy, then they fixed it with the 2nd original, which I believe is identical to the GH version.

If you don't have either one, pick 'em up both up, for shits and giggles.
Thanks, I do indeed possess the GH version (I know it's around here somewhere). The suspected original copy is pretty rough (then again this guy isn't known for his great looking games), but that just makes me wonder if it really is the old original. I can't imagine he wants more than 3 or 4 bucks so I'll probably grab it anyway. If I do pick it up, what are some of the things I should look for gameplay wise?
