About 7 months ago I picked up Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 for Sega Genesis when I realised that I didn't have any version of mk3...I have been playing it ever since, I was just wondering if there is anyone out there still play UMK3 for sega genesis or playing any version at all. I actually managed to find it on arcade at a drive in in cleveland oh (I think I spelled that wrong) and to my suprise it was in mint condition...this place wasn't the cleanest place on the planet, but when I saw UMK3 there it looked brand new, the controls were responsive as they were the day it came out.

I still play UMK3 all the time. But I usually play the arcade version or I play MKT for PSX. The SNES and Genesis versions are so different and broke I could never get used to them. Too too many easy infinites because of lazy programmers.

my Sega CD/Cartridge burned out around the time UMK 3 came out and i had to buy a Sega Genesis to replace it.i never was able to buy UMK3 for Sega Genesis
but on a lighter note a few year's later i bought UMK3 for SNES it was pretty cool i still play it every now and then. But UMK3 has alot of glitches especially if you enable Quick Finish(one button fatality's)and extended fatality time. let's say you hit the X button right before the screen say's finish him or her your charcter will automatically go into their pose and sometime's your opponet will go in to their pose and to make thing's worse the extended fatality time's make's you wait even longer untill your opponet drop's from their pose.i give UMK3 on SNES a 7/10.I also had a bad experince while playing UMK3 in the arcade i'll post that later.

smoke man, its really easy to find just do a search for it on ebay, u can get it for like $1.00, its really cheap.
Well, back in March, my Aunt got me 1,2,3 and UMK3 for genesis, didn't play them until mid-April, when I got the Genesis RF adapter.
I play all of the MK3 series. The stories and art and characters are strangely addictive.....
I also have MKT for PSone, MK4 for PS, MKDA for PS2, and MKTE for..... do I need to explain that?
