I don't think Noob nor Rain can even compete with the other male ninja's. They're tier 3 ninjas

Even Smoke (both human & ninja), Cyrax, Sektor and probably even Ermac don't really compete, they're a tier 2 ninja.

Subzero, Scorpion & Reptile are tier 1 ninja's in my opinion.

The best ninja? Thats a pretty easy question actually. WHoever says that the best ninja is ermac, smoke, rain, or even noob saibot are out of their minds. Sub Zero and Scorpion are individually better than all those others combined. Why do you think that Sub Zero and Scorpion have appeared in more MK games than Rain, Ermac, Smoke, or Noob Saibot. Because they're alot better!
