I think that only MK Trilogy and MK4 worth for PC
MK1 was terrible in terms of voice and music
MK2 has the original voices, but strange music
MK3 is good, but the graphics today is horrible
MK Trilogy you have all characters, fatalities, no load times as playstation
MK4 has the best graphics, better than PS and N64 - loses only to MK Gold.

Soon they will release Midway Arcade Treasures for PC; that will give you *mostly* accurate versions of MK2 and MK3.
Original MK2 for PC will be much more trouble to find than it is worth. Same with MK1 i'd imagine.
MK3 was very nicely done, with lots of PC-specific features added. It will be hard to find though. The Midway Treasures thing will be brand new though so you should be able to get that anywhere.
MK4 won't be as good as the Dreamcast one, but I think there's some fun ways to hack the PC version.
MKT will be hard to find but it is quite good. It is slightly less accurate than the greatest hits version on PlayStation (which fixed a couple bugs). However it is still way better than the n64 version. I have this on PC but I don't use it much; now I mainly play my PS1 version on an emulator instead.
