I don't see why you couldn't. What you have to do, if I remember correctly is start a regular one player mode, make it to the PIT stage. Win on that stage, double flawless, no block usage, and finish your opponent with a fatality. Knocking your oppenent into the pit doesn't count. Its hard to do but I am sure he is there.

If the emulated the latest version of MK1 I don't think so since I believe he wasn't in that one.

Intensive searches for him in the final t-unit revision would suggest he is not in there.

Its cool that you found him in this, did you find him the same as in the original arcade?

MK2KungBroken is correct. After Reptile was added to MK1, he was never removed. The only removed fighter wasn't realy a fighter, merely a glitch. Ermac. Anyway, I have fought Reptile in both versions of MK1 that came with MKD on X-Box, and PS2. You have to play through the Pit stage 8 times, and the shadows will then be flying in order for you to fight him if you want. Get a Double Flawless Victory without using Block, and perform your fighter's Fatality, and not the Pit one. After that 8th cycle through the Pit stage, Reptile will appear more often, but when you turn off the game you have to recycle through the Pit stage again. In the Arcade you didn't have to. Reptile is in the game. I am just wandering about Smoke in MAT2, MKII?
