I have to say the cheapest one is Jade with her Projectile Invincibility and her Green Smoke Kick plus her combos are a pain.Sometimes shes real easy other times shes very fast and cheap.

Noob Saibot, hands down.

A close second IMO would be MK2 Kung Lao because he is soooo broken. He is fast, has easy high damage combos and does mk2 scale damage (which means he does more damage with his normal attacks like uppercuts and such). Baraka, Johnny Cage, and MK2 Jax I believe all do MK2 level damage but none are as dominating as MK2 KL.

Yeah, Jade can be a pain in the a*s at the best of times.
But the cpu always annoys the hell outta me with their
perfect combos, throws, and perfectly timed projectiles!

All characters are cheap in their own way, but MK2 Kung Lao takes the cake.

Noob Saibot and MK2 Kung Lao pound for pound are the cheapest regular characters, with Rain a close 3rd, but Baraka can really handle MK2KL very well in the right hands, as the Prophet would say "Owns him for free." I would say MK2 Kung Lao requires a just a tad more skill than Noob and Rain to be cheap with, but his damage is oh so high.

Definitely Noob on MKT. There is an unstoppable combo you can pull off with him. All you have to do is get an opponent with one of his fireballs, and either do a combo or an uppercut. As the opponent is getting up, do your teleport piledriver. As the opponent bounces, the fireball wears off. Fire another one as he bounces a second time so he cannot block it. Repeat, and win. Try it. It's sick.

CPU wise Jade has to be the cheapest don't even bother throwing anything at her unless it's Rain's projectile... vs a human opponent I would have to say Noob Saibot.

There's really no such thing as a difficult MKT CPU opponent, I believe. Once you knock them down once, It's all a matter of jumping straight up with a kick, having them jump toward you, you landing first, uppercut. Jump up & kick again. Repeat.

Although admittedly, Kintaro gives me crap unless I'm using anyone with a paralyzing attack.

I'll say Noob and Rain since you don't have to be an expert to look/play decent with them. MKT beginners love them as their first choice.

It's fairly easy to get out of it, keep running the other direction when he teleports.

I think Rayden on the N64 version of MKT is the cheapest, his combos do MK2 damage, and that reverse lightning can really set you up to get your ass handed to you.

Baraka's blade spin has always been a favorite of mine. Especially since getting one meanse blade spin blade spin, maybe uppercut or something. Its real easy 50%+ at least damage. But, it is deadly if you get blocked, because its a big opening to get hit.
