hey subzero5, I think hes the cheapest because of his shoulder charge. Its not because he does it once or twice, its because he does it over and over again.

But that's a cool Move to do. Though, I must admit, it gets frustrating. And besides that he will shoot his green laser ball. He'll normally keep doing the shoulder charge if he corners you
