what game did this come out of, and does this have anything to do with Deception?

if I remember clearly that is either mileenas or barakas ending if you wind up winning the mortal kombat 2 tournament. But that never happened. Lui Kang won Mortal kombat 2 and 1.

It's Mileena's ending from Mortal Kombat II, and I have no idea what connection you could make from this to Deception, besides the fact they will both be in the game. Perhaps Deception will explore their relationship further even though its clear they're lovers?

The whole concept of Deception would be Baraka or Mileena's premeditated change of heart. They are of the same race.

I'm sorry, I read somewhere that it was later discovered she was the same race, it must have been something "non-canon". It wasn't just the teeth lol.
