MK:DA has been a part of the Classic Forum for a good while now, so no need to close it.
There was a glitch in MK:DA (the non-Greatest Hits versions) that allowed two people to wager without losing coins; basically, the winner simply wins X amount of coins, and the losers wouldn't lose anything.
Here's hoping I remember how to do this properly... First, make sure that both players have profiles that have Platinum/Onyx coins. One player press R and make a wager (since only one player pressed the button, you won't go into the wager screen) press the d-pad in the right direction until you find the koin-type you want to win, then just hold the d-pad in the up direction until you stop hearing the koin noise.
Then, start the match and have the player you're trying to gain the koins with win, and voilÃa! Free koins! Keep going until you have enough to buy the koffin you're looking for. It's not getting unlimited koins, but it works.
