-MIDWAY CONFIRMED there is no ERMAC in MK1! -best of my knowledge it seems.

-noone found him over 10 years, therefore it is safe to KNOW he isn't there. Probability mechanisms in math. No sane person would now assume he is real.

-He doesn't exist as a character, as an unlockable and as a glitch showed in the magazine or on that very picture. There are no keebler elves too. Also we have no life.
