Forgive my ignorance but could someone explain the "Reverse Babality" fatality?

I imagine this has been covered ad nauseum in the past, but I couldn't get any search results for it. Is this the thing in MKII version 2.1 where you do a few babalities and then go into a finishing move? Or something completely different?

If it's the MKII thing then I'll have to try it... I've done a bunch of babalities ending with a friendship, or a bunch of babalities, then I "unlock" myself by doing a special move, but I haven't been able to do a finisher after that... I probably just need to get my positioning right.

But anyway, thanks for any info! Whatever it is I'll have to try it in mame later.

The reverse Babalities are performed (as far as I know), ONLY in the Nintendo 64 version of Mortal Kombat Trilogy; the player who RECEIVES the Babality (the loser) must press and hold all the punch and kick buttons as the screen goes dark. If done correctly, the losing character will become a baby, then grow up, then explode.

The winner is the one who presses the buttons... although it could be both

I know that the loser could do it, for that's what I'd do whenever I lost to a computer player and they did a Babality on me. As for the player performing the Babality, I've never tried it.

Thanks for the info! Heck, I may just go ahead and pick up an N64 copy of the game if I see it cheap. Although I might trust try emulating it (being that I do have MKT for PlayStation AND PC already...).
